Mandatory Statewide Policy
Both Arkansas public school districts well as open-enrollment public charter schools will be required to publish their personal electronic device policy on their website before the first day of the school year. Schools can choose to either ban students from bringing these devices, require them to be turned off and in a backpack, or require secure storage (like lockers or pouches) during school hours.
