Shipping Information
Most orders at HonestWaves typically ship within 1-3 business days from the date of order placement, except in cases where an item is on backorder or pre-order. Orders for overnight delivery that are placed before 12 pm PST will be shipped on the same day. For overnight orders placed after our 12 pm PST cut-off time, they will ship the following business day. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.

Two-Year Free Cable Replacement:
We stand by the quality of our charging cables. If your cable stops working due to a manufacturing defect within two years of purchase, we will replace it free of charge. This warranty applies exclusively to cables with defects that occurred during the manufacturing process. Please note that this policy does not cover cables that have been damaged or abused.
