At HonestWaves, we’ve made the ordering process as straightforward as possible. You can place your order easily through our user-friendly online checkout platform. We also welcome purchase orders from valid organizations for orders exceeding $1,000. Custom Branding

If you wish to add custom branding to your HonestWaves products, here’s how you can do it. You will need to purchase both the products you desire and the “Add Custom Branding” item. Make sure to checkmark the “Add Custom Branding” option on the product page during the ordering process. Once you’ve submitted your order, we will send you detailed instructions via email on how to apply your artwork to our guideline templates and submit your final artwork. Alternatively, you can follow the instructions outlined on the Custom Branding page for a seamless branding process.

Shipping Information

Most orders at HonestWaves typically ship within 1-3 business days from the date of order placement, except in cases where an item is on backorder or pre-order. Orders for overnight delivery that are placed before 12 pm PST will be shipped on the same day. For overnight orders placed after our 12 pm PST cut-off time, they will ship the following business day. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.

Should you require rush delivery, you can select expedited shipping during the online checkout process. We offer various shipping options, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS for both domestic and international orders. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability and seasonality. Custom orders usually ship within 4-10 business days once the artwork has been confirmed.

At HonestWaves, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day risk-free trial on all our business-to-business phone charging stations to provide you with the peace of mind you deserve.

Trial Terms:

  • The trial applies to one unit per customer.
  • Products must be returned within the 30-day trial period in like-new condition.
  • HonestWaves reserves the right to apply a return shipping fee and a reasonable restocking fee for products not returned in like-new condition.
  • No refunds will be issued for products that have been damaged, altered, or abused.
  • Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

Ten Year Limited Warranty:

At HonestWaves, we take pride in the durability and quality of our products. We offer a standard ten-year limited warranty for all our products* (excluding gift orders). This warranty covers all manufacturer defects for a period of one year from the date of product delivery.

Warranty Terms:

  • The warranty does not cover product failure resulting from overuse, misuse, failure to follow operating instructions, tampering, abuse, normal wear and tear, or use with improper or faulty equipment.
  • It does not cover incidental damages.
  • HonestWaves has sole discretion in determining whether a product will be repaired or replaced. We do not offer advance replacements.
  • If a product is confirmed as used or abused upon return and review/testing, the customer may be subject to labor and parts fees, along with return shipment costs for replacements.
  • Customized charging units found to be factory defective will be repaired or replaced, and custom artwork will be reapplied if the damaged unit is returned within six months of purchase.

Ten-Year Limited Warranty Claims Process:

To place a warranty claim, you will need to provide proof of purchase from HonestWaves or an Authorized HonestWaves Dealer. After we verify that your item is covered by our ten-year limited warranty, you may be required to send the purchased item to us for further evaluation. Our team will test the product based on the description of the problem listed in the Warranty Claims & Return form. If the issue is confirmed to be the same as stated on the form, the product will be repaired. If it’s unrepairable, we will replace it with the same item. In the event that the item is no longer available, we will provide a comparable alternative. If the problem description differs from what is stated on the form, we will contact you. If no identifiable problem is found, return delivery charges may apply.

Two-Year Free Cable Replacement:

We stand by the quality of our charging cables. If your cable stops working due to a manufacturing defect within two years of purchase, we will replace it free of charge. This warranty applies exclusively to cables with defects that occurred during the manufacturing process. Please note that this policy does not cover cables that have been damaged or abused. For a replacement, please contact our customer service team with your purchase details.

Return Policy for Stock Items:

We understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned. For stock items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom orders are not eligible for returns. Customers are responsible for the initial shipping cost and all return shipping costs. Please be aware that no credits are issued for shipping costs. In the case of a product being returned open or used, a 15% restocking fee may apply.

Exchange Requests:

For exchange requests, the product must be returned in good working condition. Opened or used products for exchange will be replaced with a unit of the same or similar specifications. Items returned with missing parts or accessories may be subject to additional fees.

Purchases Through Authorized Distributors:

If a product was purchased through one of our Authorized Distributors and HonestWaves.com was not the original point of purchase, we recommend reaching out to the retailer in question to understand their specific return policy. We are unable to provide monetary credits or exchanges for products purchased through Authorized Retailers. For inquiries regarding store or source return policies, please contact the original point of purchase.

Return Instructions:

To initiate a return, please contact HonestWaves prior to shipping your item for an approved RMA number. Email us at returns@honestwaves.com, including your Order# and a detailed inquiry. A HonestWaves representative will assist you and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization confirmation if your return is approved. Please ensure that products are shipped to HonestWaves prepaid, insured, and in their original shipping carton. Customers are responsible for both the initial and return shipping costs, and no credits are issued for shipping costs. Additionally, customers bear the risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return. We recommend insuring your return shipment in case of loss or damage and using a carrier that provides proof of delivery, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Processing Time:

Returns typically take between 10-14 business days to be processed, depending on the nature of the request, the date of filing, and the date of shipment delivery to our facility.

Inspecting Delivered Packages

Upon delivery, it’s important to promptly open and inspect all packages for any signs of damage. If you find any damage or suspect damage, please save all packing materials, including both inner and outer boxes and all packaging materials. If possible, take photographs of the damaged product and packaging. You should notify us within five (5) business days of delivery about any product damage.

Due to the limited time frame for us to file a claim for shipping damage, any damage not reported within five (5) business days of delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer. Our packages are shipped without insurance as the standard, and it is the purchaser’s responsibility to inform HonestWaves if they wish to fully insure their goods. If you receive a damaged package, it is essential to notify HonestWaves immediately in writing. Sending back damaged merchandise voids the shipping insurance, and no refund or replacement can be provided. Damaged packages must be kept at the original delivery location with the original packaging for the carrier to inspect.

International Shipping

HonestWaves is pleased to serve customers worldwide. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that the product can be legally imported into the destination country. When placing an order with HonestWaves, the recipient becomes the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Please note that all orders are shipped without insurance. If you wish to include insurance, it is your responsibility to notify us.

HonestWaves does not ship products with noticeable physical damage. Our packages are shipped without insurance by default, and it is the purchaser’s responsibility to inform HonestWaves if they wish to have their goods fully insured.
