  • Custom or Branded Orders: Once the artwork template has been received and approved, it typically takes 10 business days to print, apply, and prepare the product for shipment.

Note: Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or holidays.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.
  • Freight Shipping: For large or bulk items; delivery times vary based on location.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

4. International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties and taxes required by their country’s customs.
