Upon delivery, it’s important to promptly open and inspect all packages for any signs of damage. If you find any damage or suspect damage, please save all packing materials, including both inner and outer boxes and all packaging materials. If possible, take photographs of the damaged product and packaging. You should notify us within five (5) business days of delivery about any product damage.
Due to the limited time frame for us to file a claim for shipping damage, any damage not reported within five (5) business days of delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer. Our packages are shipped without insurance as the standard, and it is the purchaser’s responsibility to inform HonestWaves if they wish to fully insure their goods. If you receive a damaged package, it is essential to notify HonestWaves immediately in writing. Sending back damaged merchandise voids the shipping insurance, and no refund or replacement can be provided. Damaged packages must be kept at the original delivery location with the original packaging for the carrier to inspect.
