Mandatory Statewide Policy
Every Georgia K-8 public school district must adopt a policies and procedures prohibiting student use of electronic devices on campus during the school day from first bell to last bell. Schools must establish appropriate methods for storing students’ electronic devices including but not limited to lockers, a locked pouch, or designated storage in classrooms.
HB 340 Requirements:
