Are the stands included?

Our Charging stations do not include the stands but we offer stands for most items.

Does it come fully assembled?

Almost all of the stations come plug and play, while the locker stands take just a few simple steps to set up.

What if someone forgets their pin code?

It rarely happens, but it does happen. There are two ways to access devices when someone forgets their pin. There is an 8 digit backup emergency admin code that can be entered to access the cubbies, or there the backup set of keys.

Does it need to connect to the internet?

Lockers that have the android digital display system will need to connect to wifi to update the content on the lockers.

Is there an administration setting?

Yes we offer something called Private Mode. This allows the administration team to assign specific bays specific codes that only the administration team would have access to change. For Example, Michele is assigned bay #8 – her code is 8787, she can access it with a passcode or a fingerprint. Contact us for more information about getting Private Mode software on your Charging Locker.

How do I replace cables?

These charging lockers are compatible with a wide range of devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other USB-powered devices. They come with various charging port options to suit different needs. How do I know if a charging locker is available or in use? The lockers are equipped with LED indicators that show the availability of each compartment. Additionally, the management software (in models that include it) allows you to see which lockers are occupied and which are available.
