Do guests need an app to rent a battery?
No. They scan the QR code on the kiosk to start a rental. No app download or account is required.
What devices can be charged?
Battery packs have built-in Micro-USB, Lightning, and USB-C cables. The SecureCharge 8 Pro locker has a Lightning/USB-C cable in each bay. Cable options vary by model, so check the product page.
Can I rent instead of buying?
Yes. Select solutions can be rented for 7, 14, or 30 days. We ship with prepaid return labels, and if you want to keep the unit, we offer special purchase pricing.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. Add custom branding when you order, and we’ll email artwork instructions. Custom orders usually ship 4–10 business days after artwork approval. Custom branding orders are final sale.
Do battery kiosks need internet?
