When assigning employees specific bays and pins we always recommend a number corresponding to an internal employee identification number of some type so they are less likely to forget the code. However if they did, there are two ways to access the bays, with an admin login or with the keys.
For $250, you send us a sheet with all of the bays and pins and we can preload it for you as well as creating a customized branded interface on the locker.
