This allows the administration team to assign specific bays specific codes that only the administration team would have access to change. For Example, Michele is assigned bay #8 – her code is 8787, she can access it with a stored passcode.
When assigning employees specific bays and pins we always recommend a number corresponding to an internal employee identification number of some type so they are less likely to forget the code. However if they did, there are two ways to access the bays, with an admin login or with the keys.
